There is no automatic booking system — just a direct and authentic conversation.
Cancellations up to 14 days before the tour are free of charge.
Between 14 and 7 days before departure, 50% of the tour cost will be retained.
Within 7 days, the booking becomes non-refundable.
Exceptional situations may be evaluated case by case.
